Best Man
Charlie and Eric go way back. From C’s in algebra to full-scale Airsoft gun battles, Eric and Charlie have been through it all. These two have bamboozled themselves onto America's Funniest Home Videos, skipped school for Smoothie King, and still manage to stay in touch during grad school. Here’s to many more years of their shenanigans. 💨
Daniel "Danzig" Dardaman

Eric met Daniel when he first started dating Emily. We admire him because he made darn sure that Eric was the right partner for his big sister. The two boys have built a strong friendship that contains, but is not limited to: racquetball, Super Smash Bros. and Settler's of Catan. 🍑
Hank "Hunk" Robinson
Groomsman
Hank is Eric's only boy cousin and is the closest thing to his brother. They have always been close despite Hank getting crossed in 2K. It's a little sad to see him grow up, but Hank has grown into a fine man and it's an honor for Eric to have him stand at the altar. At heart, they are still two little cousins. 🔥
Oleh "Olehhh" Karataiev

Oleg was close with the Dardamans long before Eric was. Eric met him during one of his summer stays in the US, and the two were immediately friends. Oleg is one of the kindest and most sincere people we have ever met, and he truly is a gift of a human being. Ask him about his 'goat streppers' or see his amazing work. 📹
Stephen "Steve" Welch

It was hard to find a picture for this bio that didn't have a dog blocking Stephen's face. He may be the one person that equals and probably surpasses Eric and Emily in his love of dogs. He showed Eric the light that is craft beer, Overwatch, Georgia football games, hilarious smack talk, man night, and many more. ⚽️
Ben "Bentist the Dentist" Miller

Ben and Eric met online and lived together for four years. They've eaten many a dining hall meal together, seen movies, translated each other's sentences, and been best friends/roomies. Ben was Eric's roommate all through college and his bright spirit helped lift Eric out of his shell. We hope he will be our dentist one day. 💉
David "Davídé" Bishop

David and Eric met sophomore year. When they roomed together, David had the misfortune of having the best taste in snacks. His cheesy Chex Mix was eaten more than a few times. David's sense of humor is utterly contagious, and his friendship has always been unfaltering. 🙌

Any knowledge of Star Wars, Marvel, or theology is credited to Bo. One of the first times he and Eric hung out, Bo ran over a recycling bin and a pedestrian (who was okay). Despite all of this, the pair has been best friends for years! Sorry Bo, but I'm sure you have an embarrassing story about me. 🌝

Aubrey McCabe and Emily have been stalking cute boys from behind bushes for more years than you can believe. Theirs is a sisterhood forged through years of pantry raids, minor injuries, and procrastination. Aubrey's loyalty, strength, and infectious laugh are as indispensable as breathing.

In 2002, Emily Schoone moved into the house down the street, and a montage of happy memories began. Emily has helped our girl discover the finer things in life: vegetarian cuisine, indie bands, and our beloved Athens, Georgia. We’re all a little heartbroken that New York is trying to steal her away.

Grace Clark is, above all, a true friend. Her love for King Kong, Judy Garland, and the Latin language, filled Emily’s college home with the sort of deep, silly joy you can only find in old movies. If you ever hear someone singing a 1970’s commercial jingle in the shower, it’s Grace. If you find someone just the right height to hug, it's probably also Grace.

Jennifer “Jenn” Daniell
Remote Bridesmaid
Jenn is the kind of benevolent nerd Emily dreamed about meeting in high school. Jenn’s well-documented love of Doctor Who resulted in an instant connection at UGA, and Emily was thus swept away into a world of sci-fi adventure, theology, and fart jokes. Jenn will be in grad school in Thailand (!) during the wedding, but her love is inescapable.
